The Nike Cortez has been a classic ever since its inception in 1972. Originally created by Oregon Track coach, Nike founder, and visionary Bill Bowerman simply to provide a running shoe that was as comfortable as it was durable. On track success and the shoe's simplistic look lent itself favorably to the sneaker's fondness in popular culture... "Run, Forrest, Run!" Tom Hanks' 1994 film certainly cemented the Nike Cortez's legacy and people like Kendrick Lamar have made it a staple. To celebrate Nike will release the iconic runner in its original white and varsity red colorway with premium white leather upper, foam tongue, EVA foam midsole, and rubber herringbone outsole on February 28 at Nike Sportswear retailers worldwide ($100 USD).

adidas 750 Yeezy Boost Release Information /
Yeezy season has been upon us ever since Kim Kardashian West shared with the world she would be in charge of Yeezy Boost family distribution. From that moment on every day more details have been divulged to the community about Kanye West's first signature shoe with adidas. Over the past week we have learned the shoe runs a size to a size and a half too big according to Big Sean, there will not be a solar red colorway, you will be able to reserve your pair with the adidas CONFIRMED app, and the shoe will be unveiled during New York fashion week with a live stream available in theatres across the country. But, with all of these logistics we were still missing a concrete release date, which finally came today. The adidas 750 Yeezy Boost will release Valentines Day in NYC to coincide with All-Star Weekend and February 28th at adidas flagship stores and select Consortium retailers. Purchase yours for $350 USD and be aware only 9,000 pairs will be available this weekend. Stay tuned to ITR as we will deliver Yeezy commentary after the release. Good luck!
Nike SB Dunk High Premium "De La Soul 2" Official Images /
For fans of the Nike SB Dunk and for fans of hip hop this is for you. In 2005 Long Island trio and hip hop legend De La Soul put their mark on a white Nike Dunk Low Pro SB, as well as a baroque brown High model. Ten years later the De La Soul x Nike SB collab is reintroduced with the Nike SB Dunk High Premium "De La Soul 2". Like a canvas the sneaker takes on an all white colorway while colorful and vibrant imagery from De La Soul's famed 3 Feet and Rising album graces the upper. Nike SB took to its Instagram to highlight the shoe, appropriately playing "Me, Myself, and I" in the background, also declaring a full video press release will be coming our way tomorrow. The Nike SB Dunk High Premium "De La Soul 2" releases Friday, February 13 for $130 USD.
