There are many dynamic departments of life in Pittsburgh. As young residents of the area, Cody Baker and Chancelor Humphrey prove that "creative" pursuits are worth while entertainment for young people in the city.

Together, Baker and Humphrey brand themselves as Creatives Drink. Their company works to connect the best parts of Pittsburgh regarding people, businesses and alcohol in fun, ambitious environments. Creatives Drink 7 will happen Feb. 9 at the Carnegie Museum of Art.

Along with credit for creating a welcoming atmosphere for Pittsburgh's progressive movers, Creatives Drink holds court because they cater to sponsors and relate to market publics drawing them to a central location. Bars, coffee shops and hotels are some of the places C.D. has ventured.

"From C.D. to C.D. I learn something new in every way. The biggest is finding out ways to benefit the sponsor more and more each time, while improving the attendee's experience," Baker says.

Attendees and those who know of Creatives Drink can see growth in the label through the organizations who support the events. Find automotive titan Audi, and others, as a sponsor of C.D. 7 and perhaps see the Audi A3 E-Tron with Creatives Drink text in six different languages on the car's hood. Give recognition to C.D. 7 for happening in the first contemporary art museum in the U.S.A. The Carnegie has done well at attracting Pittsburgh's contemporary community with functions like Boom Concept's silent disco and now with Creatives Drink.

Baker and Humphrey make strides in different sections of Pittsburgh to be sure their C.D. event represents the best of the city.

“The most rewarding part of Creatives Drink is branching out to different neighborhoods and meeting new people from all over,” Baker says.

Join a contemporary Pittsburgh crowd in Oakland and enjoy the free experiences at C.D. 7 at the C.M.O.A. from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m tomorrow.

Drake & Air Jordan 10 'OVO' by Alex Young

For the last two weeks Drake's behavior resembles more of his boss, Michael Jordan; a statement complimenting and comparing Drake's winning spirit he exuded all throughout his beef with Meek Mill. Two years ago Drake aligned himself and OVO with greatness announcing a partnership with Jordan Brand. Quickly after the news fans learned they would be the ones to reap the rewards of the deal as 'OVO' Air Jordan 10 and 12 silhouettes surfaced on Drake's Instagram but never received a release date.

Roll forward to July 22, 2015, on this day to many Drake sits as the game's most popular rapper and most talented rapper. Meek Mill goes on a Twitter rant saying his recent success made relevant by his album Dreams Worth More Than Money should not be a surprise, he has "been had the culture" and it is no credit to his relationship with Nicki Minaj. He went on to Tweet, "Stop comparing drake to me too... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!" Drake is being challenged and rap's brash, primal, and proud culture means Drake must respond. Imagine how Michael Jordan felt after being challenged any point after winning back-to-back-to-back NBA championships, that is the type of frustration and determination that leads to the Flu Game and 6 rings when it is all said and done.

Drake's counterattack came swiftly, strategically dropping two diss tracks "Charged Up" and "Back To Back Freestyle" right before hip hop's epicenter shifted to Drake's home court-- Toronto, for OVO Fest this past weekend. OVO and all its fans relished in their icon's victory, taunting the loser with "Free Meek Mill" t-shirts and memes on screen while Drake performed. OVO Fest served as Drake's trophy ceremony, the man delivered on a world stage-- a true championship moment that made wearing the Air Jordan 10 'OVO' only appropriate, especially with the sneaker's public release date officially announced.

On September 12, 2015 the 'OVO' 10 will launch globally to select Jordan retailers. The sneaker boasts a tonal white colorway built with premium leathers and gold accents branding both parties. When Drake signed to Jordan Brand in 2013 it is unknown if the plan was to hold the shoes for a special moment, but thanks to Drake's dismantling of Meek Mill now is the perfect and only time. Watch the golden owl become timeless.

TRASHHAND Photographs LRG's "GROWN NOT MADE" Fall 2015 Lookbook by Alex Young

CIties were born from opportunity; masses of people surviving and thriving off a myriad of occupations, living and collaborating on streets. Skyscrapers cast shadows over neighborhoods, bridges dart across skies, and the hustle and bustle keeps its natives grounded. When the motion stops it is probably because somebody had a camera. Exploration of towns, streets, and neighborhoods present unique views to capture; the environment is a photographer's playground. Their world is attractive to the eye, it makes sense they find work pairing with corporations big and small to juxtapose products on city scenes. Employ masterful Chicago based photographer TRASHHAND and find yourself looking at commercial reality validated by the culture in the background.

Such is the case in his latest project with Lifted Research Group, a storied streetwear label. Thanks to the brand's EXPLORE MORE photography series, trash took to a foreign city to document LRG's "GROWN NOT MADE" Fall 2015 collection. Alleys, closed storefronts and iconic places around Tokyo-- like the vibrant "torii" gates of Fushimi Inari Shrine-- served as backdrops highlighting an assortment of sweats, jackets, button shirts, knits, and headwear. View some of the stunning images above and see more at TRASHHAND's site or Instagram. LRG's Fall 2015 offering is available here.

Vince Staples featuring Future and Snoh Aalegra - Señorita by Alex Young

Long Beach, California rapper Vince Staples provokes raw thought and emotion in his latest video for his newest single "Señorita" featuring Future and Snoh Aalegra. Directed by Ian Pons Jewel, the project comments on a society that sees its civilians gun'd down systematically and frequently, purposefully drawing parallels to the real world. Unfortunately mistreatments and injustices are norms, when will our world become troubled enough to stand against them? Artistically, the visuals are done in monochromatic fashion and do not feature an appearance from Future, rather he is replaced by a lip-synching tattooed man. Watch above and feel free to offer your comments in the section below.

Watch Drake's Short Film "Jungle" by Alex Young

This morning via OVO's website, Drake unleashed his short film, "Jungle". The 14 minute film features an introspective aspect as there is minimal talking, but shows Drizzy returning to his native Toronto, pondering his life to this point, and catching up with his friends. Home videos of Drake are also sprinkled throughout highlighting how far he has come creatively and personally. Snippets of new music provide an unfair tease around the six minute mark and in the credits. Enjoy "Jungle" below.
