There’s sadness in the ‘Burgh, but there’s a whole lot of love going around too. Pittsburgh showed up for Mac Miller last night like we always have. The scene was cool, humbling. Candles lit up Blue Slide Park as people congregated around the Blue Slide paying tribute to Mac. Art in the park. @camocustomz painted Mac like the saint of swag. People came and did their thing just to savor the moment. They hung out like some regular kids from the ‘Burgh. The hoop games going on during the vigil were competitive and made me think of the time Mac got crossed up in a celebrity game. @babyt33th and @capjazzo got buckets while over 2,000 people remembered Mac Miller and his legacy. A lot more footage from yesterday will go in the “Steel Teeth” video that honors Pittsburgh hip-hop. #LongLive
